The theme for the 2021 Section W-1S Conclave is “Knights of the Order.” 

This year’s conclave will be held on September 10-12, 2021 at Hoodoo Ski Area. The cost to attend this awesome event is $50 (if you pre-register). Arrowmen who were inducted into the Order of the Arrow after September 2019 will receive a $5 discount and access to special programs during the event. 

Registration will open later this summer.

I hope you all have had a safe first few weeks of 2021. Even with all of the craziness in these last months, there is hope that things will begin to look better as we progress through this year.
 

We are looking for patch designs for the 2021 conclave patch set. 

You do not have to have a special graphics design program or skill to design a patch. All you need to do is meet the criteria below, and if needed, we have people who can help clean up your design for production. Both youth and adults may submit designs. 

All designs are due by April 1st. Additional information, including the design criteria, is listed on the section website.

It is almost time for our third annual Super Bowl contest! 

Starting on Monday, January 25th, you can submit your predictions for the final score in Super Bowl LV. The person with the closest prediction will win a $10 NFL Shop gift card. 

All member of the section may participate and there is no cost or risk for participating.

The OA has temporarily changed its policy on camping requirements for 2021 in response to COVID-19 restrictions preventing long-term camps from opening last year. The long-term camping requirement has been relaxed. 

The Section W-1S Communications Team is dedicated to supporting the communications needs of all groups in the section. 

Chapters, lodges, officers, section and event committees may request the the service of the section Comms Team to assist in the creation of communication and promotional materials for their committee or event. 

The Comms Team has resources available to assist with a variety of projects including graphic design, copy editing and writing, promotions, and much more.
