In times of crisis, creating space for self-care can feel impossible. It's also a time when we need to draw on every bit of our courage, resilience and survival. RASASC
MONTHLY NEWSLETTER - JANUARY 2021
As we welcome a new year, it feels in many ways like we're starting 2021 where we left 2020. Amongst the ongoing anxiety, uncertainty and frustration, we continue to adapt our lives on a personal level and in our work. Throughout this we remain determined to offer our vital services in whatever way we can.

We hold hope for a better 2021, whilst also knowing that the need for specialist support for women and girls will be greater than ever. RASASC will rise to this challenge by continuing to voice the need for increased resources to support survivors and through working collaboratively to challenge sexual violence and all forms of violence against women and girls.

We look forward to working with you in the year ahead.

The Activism and Awareness Calendar 2021
Over the past year the pandemic has highlighted the vast inequalities that exist across our societies. It has also brought attention to a pandemic that's been ongoing for many years; violence against women and girls.
Sexual Violence and Sexual Abuse Awareness Week
When inequalities are root causes and drivers of violence against women and girls, we know there is much that needs to change. This year we need our voices to be more unified than ever in bringing about the changes urgently needed to create spaces free from violence and abuse.

To help us continue to do this and show others the kindness, care and support that is needed right now, looking at what we need too, becomes essential.
Creating Space for Self-care
