N03.1

CLASS previously required multiple reports to be run to generate data for Family and Domestic Violence incidence for civil, family, crime and legal system law types. N03.1 counts the number of services broken down into law type and high level problem type.

You can now filter this report to only count services where the ‘Family Violence Indicator’ is set to ‘Yes’ or ‘At Risk Of’ using a filter on the left hand side in the filter panel under ‘Demographic’.

Similar to above, Financial Disadvantage Indicator now has a filter on report N03.1 on the left hand side in the filter panel under ‘Demographic’ (please note that this is not required for the March NLAP report). 

N02

N02 currently breaks down figures for Experiencing or at Risk of Family Violence into Family Law and Civil/Criminal Law, leading to the possibility of double counting, and undercounting Legal System and Legal Help services. 

These two columns have been combined into one unique service count for Experiencing or at Risk of Family Violence.

N02

N02 currently breaks down figures for Culturally & Linguistically Diverse into Interpreter/Translator required or Main language spoken at home is not English, leading to the possibility of double counting. 

These two columns have now been combined into one figure for Culturally & Linguistically Diverse. 

C01, C02, C03, C04, C05, C06, C07 and N02

The definition of Older Persons has been changed in NLAP to include Indigenous people over 50. CLASS reports previously had Older Persons and 65+ as the same count. 

A new column has been created in demographic breakdown reports, and a new filter has been added in reports with demographic filters for Older Persons which includes data for both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients over 50 and Non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients over 65.

N06 (New Report)

NLAP requires CLCs to report on Facilitated Resolution Process Outcomes. 

The new CLASS report includes the number of Facilitated Resolution Processes and the number of services that result in full or partial settlement of the service.
