Monthly Video Bulletin #41 (February 2021) | Global Community
I have completed the STAGE 1: Fundamentals of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Instructor Training program – a comprehensive self-paced package. It is an online, self-learning program with essential material to learn how to be an effective and safe instructor for this program. All you have to do is to follow my sequence and I will guide you with a short video clip at every step.

Once you have completed STAGE 1, you will be ready for STAGE 2 training with a Master Trainer. By the time you proceed to STAGE 2, you would be so well prepared that it would be almost certain you will fulfill all requirements to be eligible to become a Board Certified Instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI).

If you are already certified for Tai Chi for Arthritis, it can be a useful to enhance your tai chi and teaching skill. If you need an update, STAGE 1 would be a significant part of the work. Actually, anyone who wishes to learn and teach the program will find it useful.

You can find more information here.
Introduction to STAGE 1: Fundamentals of Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention Instructor Training
I am now working with my colleagues to bring more webinars and virtual workshops for this year, already you can see many listed at the Institute site here. Tai Chi for Health programs can improve immunity and relieve stress. During these challenging times, we need tai chi more than ever!

I have produced another free video, “Tai Chi Can Help Osteoporosis”. In it I talk about osteoporosis and how tai chi can help osteoporosis. Then I teach some tai chi movements from my Tai Chi for Osteoporosis program. Osteoporosis is a common condition that has no symptoms. It can cause serious health problems such as fractures with a minor fall. There are many things to help with this condition, starting with consultation with your health professionals whether you have osteoporosis or osteopenia which is an indication you are developing this condition. Find it in Folder 3: Ideas for Beginners in the growing video library of the Global Community.

See you next month!

FEATURED REVIEW
Online Lessons: Tai Chi - The 24 Forms
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Reviewed by: Robert E

"I loved the course as I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer, then Covid19 hit us and my wife and I had issues finding a way to relax. I had done Tai-Chi earlier in my life so we looked online and found you. We did the beginners, then the 24 forms. It has greatly helped our fitness as older people and I have found strength in the routine. I love doing this daily as it helps clear my mind. A big thank you"
