Brandi Roberts and the wellness committee at the Office of Educational Opportunity and Enrichment Services used the funds from their mini grant to focus on two efforts: Healthy Eating and Keep Moving. They created a departmental healthy recipe book and sponsored an activity challenge!

Spring Walker Tracker Challenge: Movin' and Groovin'
Join us on a journey through several of the state’s most iconic music cities. We’ll start on the west coast in Seattle where grunge was born and then traverse the country to end in New York City. Movement is more fun with music, so grab your headphones and let’s get going! This challenge is from April 5th to May 15th.

Virtual Meetings Tip of the Month: Mindful Meetings!

Try to slow your meetings down. The normal pace of your in-person meetings is likely too fast for Zoom meetings. Try to create pauses throughout your meeting to slow it down which can help with attentiveness!
