This week's fresh long-line caught Swordfish was unloaded this morning in San Pedro, CA and is on it's way to us now.
We should have it about 9am so will be in a mad dash to get it filleted, portioned, rinsed, packed and delivered to you! It's a marathon but our whole team thrives on the excited hustle of Tuesdays. (This is why we appreciate having to make as few custom requests happen as possible.😊🙏)

Swordfish is a meaty, firm fish with a great shelf life - it could keep 4-5 days if you like. It holds up great as kababs, on the grill, and seared. We hope you enjoy it!
