It is pretty, but we are expecting snow and rain tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9th, with the temperatures barely getting over freezing. The National Weather Services is predicting Hazardous Weather Conditions. The Morris School District, between the weather and the need for COVID contact tracing, is closing all the schools in the District. Our Pre-school will be all-virtual and not in the building.
We are giving staff the ability to stay home if it appears unsafe to them, but at this time, we cannot predict if we will need to close the building or not. If it is possible, staff will come in. If you need something at the building, please call before coming to see if we are here. If we need to stay home, as long as we have power at home, any meetings, gatherings, and instruction with the Rabbi, Cantor, etc. will continue as planned.
