🍾 1. Giusti Rosalia Prosecco NV
A rich, fuller-bodied style of Prosecco, with a lush and rounded mouthfeel. Underlying freshness ensures this wine is nothing short of delightful. Handpicking of the grapes for this wine really speaks to the focus on quality that Giusti is passionate about.
2. Giusti Longheri Pinot Grigio IGT 2019
Single vineyard hand-harvested grapes elevate this Pinot Grigio and makes it stand out. Fruit profile leans towards the stone fruits (apricot, peach) more than citrus. An underlying minerality adds structure and complexity.
🍷 3. Giusti Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2015
A masterful and sexy wine. Luscious, complex, soulful — a fine pairing with rich winter dishes, or a delight for sipping by the fireplace.
