Online COVID-19 Screening Form for your Patients

Do the doctors in your clinic have listings on Pathways Medical Care? Find out by searching here. Adding a COVID-19 screening form to Pathways or to your clinic website can save time and ensure patients with covid symptoms do not come in-person to the office. 

A Guide to Promoting Health Care Workforce Well-Being

The COVID-19 pandemic is exacerbating existing issues with health care professional burnout and joy in work, escalating the stressors on the health care workforce to unprecedented levels. This guide aims to support health care leaders at all levels with actionable tools for combating burnout, fatigue, and emotional distress during and after the pandemic.

The Fraser Health staff and medical staff COVID-19 vaccine page includes up-to-date information and a question and answer section based on queries submitted from a variety of sources.  Public Health is also maintaining a COVID-19 vaccine page that contains clinical resources for COVID-19 immunizers.
