God's Promise Bow in the Winter Sky of Taiwan:
God's promises know no bounds! He has set His infinite love on the Chinese-speaking people and sent Christ, our risen Savior, to reconcile sinners with Himself. We are here to make this good news of redemption known to all!

She Never Read the Bible Before: Through a mutual language exchange, Natasha had the joy to read the Scriptures in Chinese with a Taiwanese woman in our home. Although Taiwan enjoys freedom of religion and they have had access to the Mandarin Bible for over 100 years, this was the very first time this woman had read the Bible in her entire life.
Sharing a Meal & Sharing Christ: Last month we shared some of our missionary goals with you so you could pray
God will help us meet these goals and to help us stay accountable. During the past month, I (Ben) shared a meal and shared the gospel with two people (Ethan and Imo) in
English. Gospel proclamation is our primary goal, and we are not ashamed to share Christ with everyone we can talk to in English during these language learning days.
Working on Resources of Hope in Chinese: Another ministry goal is to create Biblical Chinese resources. I am preparing evangelistic materials and videos in Chinese and making plans for country-wide distribution of the indestructible, eternal hope of the gospel in Christ alone. We look forward to sharing more details and progress with you in our future updates.
Family Language Studies: We praise God that we found a Chinese language tutor for our oldest son. Learning Chinese at a young age is important as we plan to make a life here in Taiwan. Natasha and I continue to meet with our tutors, study, and practice Chinese.
Online Seminary in Full Swing: It is ever important to take care of our spiritual well being and deepen our knowledge or our great God. Online seminary has been an excellent resource for me (Ben) as I continually equip myself for God’s kingdom work. This semester I am studying anthropology (doctrine of man), hamartiology (doctrine of sin), angelology (doctrine of angels and demons), and Christology (doctrine of the person and nature of Christ).

- Please pray for the gospel seeds planted and for future opportunities to water them with more soul-saving, biblical truths.
- Pray for God to grant us more opportunity and boldness in our witness that our personal evangelism would be fruitful.
- Pray for our son to make good progress in Chinese so he can make Taiwanese friends and become more accustomed to missionary life in a foreign country.
- Pray for God to plainly illuminate the truths of Scripture for life, family, and ministry as we discipline ourselves to diligently study the Word.
