 Dear friend,
In 1998 I encountered the woman who has been my 'spiritual' mentor and energetic healer ever since. I give her primary credit for my healing and restoration following my dying on a dance floor from a cardiac arrest in 2006...a recovery that the nurses at the hospital were reporting to my friends and family regarding the exceedingly rare language by the M.D.s on my case of "a miracle" and "miraculous".
I likewise give Lightsong huge credit for however much I've emerged from the entanglements of my own wounding and conditioning...so you have likely seen some of those fruits in these newsletter essays for however long you have read them.

[BTW, I am still planning to begin an ongoing series of breath work sessions from what I have absorbed from Lightsong over the decades...and I have been surprised (once again) with how long this has been taking...and I trust in the perfection of the timing.
