It's been a busy few week on LittleSugarSnaps. I have a brand new recipe to share with you today and some major updates to three older posts, to bring them up to modern-day standards. In other words, they are now chock-full of useful information such as step-by-step instructions & images and loaded up with tips and answers to frequently asked questions. 

So the brand new recipe - it's a chicken and lentil curry that I've been making my family since my children were tiny. It uses curry paste, so there's no need to stock up on endless jars of spice and it can be made to various degrees of spice-hotness. 

Though it is billed as chicken curry, I've included suggestions for making it either vegetarian or vegan too.

 

HEALTHY CHICKEN & LENTIL CURRY

 
Chicken and lentil curry is a quick, easy, healthy and flavour packed meal to serve to the whole family. This healthy chicken curry is also freezer-friendy so you can make a big batch and save some for later.
 

VEGAN RICE PUDDING WITH SPICED PEARS

 
Vegan rice pudding with spiced pears is a comforting treat. A clever blend of vegan products and warming spices delivers heaps of flavour and a heartwarming, family-friendly dessert. It can even be made ahead and reheated.
 

CHERRY SMOOTHIE

 
This cherry smoothie recipe is a beautiful blend of coconut, cherry, cinnamon & vanilla. It’s pertinently pink, wickedly delicious and wholly virtuous.
 

GREEN GRAPE SMOOTHIE

This green grape smoothie is easy to make, packed with goodness and delightfully slurpable. It’s a fantastic introduction to green smoothies.
