Some General Zoom Instructions
Once you click on the link for zoom. Select Join with Computer Audio.
When the host sees that you have entered the waiting room you will be let in. Bottom left of your screen are 2 symbols: a microphone with the word unmute (this toggles sound on/off) and a camera with the words stop video (this toggles video on/off)
Please keep you microphone on mute (red line/word unmute showing).
Video: If you want us to see you, keep the camera with no red line and the words stop video. If you do not want us to see you then toggle the camera, a red line and the words start video will appear.
Please make sure your membership name (first and last) is listed so we know who is who for attendance purposes.
To vote: click on the reaction button (far right, looks like a smile face), click yes (green dot) or no (red dot).
If you need to speak, click on the raise hand. When you are called upon, hold down on your space bar to unmute as you talk. Release space bar and you will be muted again.
At the end of the meeting, when it is time to go, just click on the red end button.
