Our first seminar was a success! Thank you for showing up!
We were so thrilled to read your amazing comments in the chat during the seminar! No less than 77 of you showed up and joined us from South Africa, Germany, France, UK, and many places in Canada and the USA.
You were online with us for a full hour presentation about the background of the Alinker, as well as the culture, what else we do and BE answering questions and demonstrating technical aspects on the Alinker.

Disney, out and about (with mask)
Cindy shared with us: 'Got here today and after a bit of discussion with some cast members got in the Magic Kingdom with my Alinker (we need to educate them for the next guest who rolls up to the gate). Having a blast and getting lots of questions and approval from other guests. The QR code has come in handy today! (Bonus, I call it Belle yellow after my favorite princess)'.

She just published her video of her journey with the Alinker. This is an awesome video illustrating how much work and determination it take, but so worth the efforts. You know we celebrate athletes who understand what it takes to move through discomfort to train their muscles and condition, go through pain in order to grow. Growing takes work, takes energy and willpower. Yet in our 'comfort food' culture, we are taught to look for comfort. Comfort kills us and if we want to grow and heal, we need to accept the principles of growth, and move through discomfort to grow and allow our brains to be activated!

Chelsey shared on YouTube: "I am FINALLY posting my Alinker video! There actually was more editing I planned on doing but, long story short, computer issues and this is the best, most recent version I had. The music is a little choppy, especially at the end (what I had planned to edit further), but I think it's good enough".
