RECENT Community Events
"The Line" Literary Review - Columbia University's NEW veteran literary journal
It was wonderful to be a part of The Line's LAUNCH Event on January 27th, sharing readings from two of Voices From War's participants, Miko Yoshida and Naiomy Mendez, while hearing from other veteran writing organizations, seeing friends and colleagues in the community and meeting new ones. A vibrant and heartening evening. Stop by The Line's website for more about the Review and Submission Guidelines!

NYC Veterans Alliance (New Year, New You Resource Networking event)
Thank you to NYC Veterans Alliance for another great annual "New Year New You" Resource Networking event on January 25, gathering together veterans and veteran service providers. It was a pleasure to connect and meet up with existing and new acquaintances online and share about Voices From War's programming.
NYC Veterans Alliance offers valuable veteran news, events, and resources (including Veterans Mutual Aid). Be sure to stop by their website and join their mailing list.
