Middle School Report Cards will be available for online viewing beginning Thursday 2/4/21
Elementary Report Cards will be available for online viewing beginning Monday, 2/8/2021
Report Cards – Elementary and Middle School
Report cards are accessed through the district website at https://reportcards.sdhc.k12.fl.us
Families can access the report cards website two ways:
Students can access their own report cards by logging in with their user ID and password: User ID is 7 digit student number (ex 1234567) and password is birthmonthdayyear (ex 01152011 for Jan 15, 2011)
If a student cannot access the report card for a parent/guardian, a PIN can be requested by selecting "Request a PIN" on the report cards website. A PIN can be sent to the email address or mobile phone number of a parent/guardian in the Student Information System (listed on the student’s emergency card).

TWO OPTIONS (deadline for both is Wednesday, February 24, 2021):
OPTION 1 (FREE): Submit one image (that you take yourself) for your student's individual photo in the 2020-2021 LP Yearbook. Please use the following guidelines:
Deadline for submission: February 24th
Your student should be wearing the LP uniform polo
The background should be a plain wall or curtain
The image should be from the shoulders up (see sample on right for a guide)
Please submit only one image

ATTENTION Bolts of Blue Donors Regarding Yearbook Ads
ATTENTION to our Bolts of Blue Donors who qualify for a free 1/2 page ad in our yearbook. An email with specific instructions on how to create your ads will be coming out shortly. You will create your own 1/2 page ad online using the tools offered by our yearbook company, Tree Ring. The due date for your 1/2 page ad is March 31, 2021. Please disregard the dates listed in your Bolts of Blue sponsorship packages as they were sent before we finalized our new yearbook company.

Pre-Prep Preschool Camps
Check out our summer camp packet for a full listing of camp offerings for students ages 3-5 years old.
Camp will be from 8:30am-2:45pm
Elementary Camps
Offering camps to students in grades K-5
The morning sessions will run from 8:30am-11:30am.
The afternoon sessions will run from 12:00pm-3:00pm.
Do You Have Children Not Currently Enrolled at Lutz Preparatory K-8? Do you have additional children NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED enrolled at Lutz Preparatory K-8 that you would like to enroll in the 2021-22 school year? All students NOT CURRENTLY ATTENDING Lutz Preparatory K-8 must apply via our enrollment lottery. Any siblings of currently enrolled K-8 students are defined as preferred enrolled sibling applicants in our lottery process by Florida State Statute. Please see the Admissions tab of our website for full details.

If your child tests positive for COVID-19 we are requesting that parents immediately report this to the school via the following online form (even overnight and/or weekends).This will allow our step-by-step mitigation process to begin with contact tracing and notification to all students/staff that may have been potentially exposed.
