I am thankful for:

  • yummy apple fritters fresh from the air-fryer ... and for Roland taking the time to make them ... and share them
  • late afternoon walks on the lake ... and stick play with Luna out on the snow
  • time in my sliver studio ... I took a photo to share this week
  • all the work Roland is doing to finish the cottage basement ... the drywall is almost all put up
  • the canal being open ... and my first skate planned for Friday morning
  • Stefan sharing some photos from Halifax ... have I mentioned lately how glad we were to have him home unexpectedly for 9 months
  • Zoom calls with friends, walks and talks with friends as well as email and text exchanges ... all these connections really help during these 'stay at home' times
  • the great fitness area that Heidi set up in the basement ... and Luna looking so cutely hanging out there
  • the creative snowmen, igloos and forts that are popping up all over the neighbourhood ... and for having the snow conditions that made them possible ... they are so fun to look at
  • and so many, many more things.

What are you thankful for?

  • I love to hear about a few recent things for which you are thankful

It's time for a Creative Treats Club

HAPPY THANKFUL THURSDAY

and a gentle reminder to take a moment to be thankful for recent things in your life (and a short update on how the Creative Treats community is supporting others)

Upcoming and Recent Creative Treats Activities

I am continuing to work on the "Galentine's Day" #TreatBox packages which I'll be delivering soon to Nelson House women's shelter.

I created a few more YouTube videos. A link is included below. I'd love any feedback.

I am holding weekly #CreatingCardsTogether sessions on Zoom each Wednesday at 3:30. I hope you will join me. You can sign-up over at Eventbrite or simply use this Zoom link. I think I have figured out the problem I was having with the Zoom link. I am sorry for those who tried to join this week and weren't able to join.

Here is my second YouTube video explaining how to make boxes to hold these cute reusable cotton face rounds. I'd love to hear any feedback and suggestions. The instructions for all projects shown in the Facebook as well as YouTube videos are available on the Creative Treats Community Facebook Group
This video shows how to make boxes to hold 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" cards. There are lots of other videos over on Creative Treats Club Facebook Page. The instructions for all projects shown in the Facebook as well as YouTube videos are available on the Creative Treats Community Facebook Group
