Life Quote from Lutherans For Life - “If your boyfriend or girlfriend won’t go to church with you while you are dating, he or she probably won’t when you’re married either. How long can you keep your faith life going if your spouse thinks praying, Bible reading, and churchgoing are stupid wastes of time? Abraham went to great lengths to find a believing wife for Isaac.” Pastor Mark Jeske, Time of Grace – A Life Quote from Lutherans For Life  • www.lutheransforlife.org

Issues, etc. -  This week’s topics include: Christian Nationalism, The Equality Act, Donor Conception, Media Coverage of Religion and more.  You can tune in live weekdays from 3-5 p.m. on KFUO, 850 AM in St. Louis.  You can also listen at your convenience at issuesetc.org, the LPR mobile app and your favorite podcast provider.

LCMS Foundation - Very few of us enjoy paying taxes.  Yet Jesus, speaking to this topic once said, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.”  That takes deliberate thought and careful planning.  Your LCMS Foundation Gift Planning Counselor can help you begin to ask the right questions.  Contact Scott A. Radden at (618) 977-4049 or Scott.Radden@lfnd.org for more information.

A Reminder for Our Health Policy

Every month our boards review our health policy because of the COVID Virus. We believe the following procedures will allow us to worship and carry out our ministry without causing unnecessary risk of spreading the virus.

1. We urge everyone to pray for God's help to overcome this disease and to protect and preserve life in every way by continuing to worship and work as much as possible in healthy ways.

2. For all "in-person" activities (worship, Bible study, meetings, etc.) we ask everyone to maintain social distancing (six feet between persons/families), keeping room capacity at 25% or less, and to wear a mask when unable to maintain social distancing.

3. Anyone who has higher risk factors for COVID should worship via the FM broadcast (parking lot) or by video and/or via the Monday evening all mask, no singing communion service. Anyone with COVID symptoms should worship via the FM broadcast or by video.

4. Please talk to the pastors if you have any questions.
