ONLINE DEMO

Watercolor + Ink • February 10 • 4-6PM
I will be working with watercolor (limited palette, my favorite Daniel Smith triad) and pen-and-ink to demo a loose-style painting, working from a photo I have taken. Starting with an ink drawing, I will paint using wet-on-wet technique as well as working with watercolor on dry paper.  Working spontaneously and intuitively (right brain!) I will help you relax and create artwork that is more relaxed

CALL FOR ART
DEADLINE IS FAST APPROACHING FOR OUR
MARCH FUNDRAISER!
Special call for art: FAAS/FBCA Fundraiser

We have done a lot of running in circles chasing our tails to get ready for the big online FBCA fundraiser with Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS).  There are many tricks to learn for an online event, so we are postponing the event until March 2021. This means that our 2D and craft artists will have more time to prepare too!

CREATE your own stunning art for our online auction. Whether it is pet-related or scenes of Alameda or California, you can submit your original art for this wonderful cause. Deadline to submit art is February 15.

DONATE New Art Supplies (acrylics, watercolors, palettes, brushes)
New Dog and Cat Treats and Toys for our gift baskets.
