Lucas Lago, CEST´s researcher, talked about invasions and data leaks that had repercussions this month.
On UOL and Gizmodo sites, Lago commented on the risks of using systems to check for data leaks. While on Estadão, Lago commented on an invasion that occurred in the SUS systems. And also on Estadão, about the hacker invasion at the Ministry of Health.

Are you from the law area? So, wait for the news about the release of the book Post Positivist Theory of Fundamental Rights: Dialectics between economics, ecology, and philosophy by CEST researcher/collaborator Thiago Felipe S. Avanci.
The book proposes a philosophical analysis of the science of Law and how this influenced the construction of Fundamental Rights and Human Rights. The book also deals with a utility approach for Fundamental Rights, observing economics without neglecting environmental protection.

PARTICIPATION IN THEME GROUPS

The launch of the working groups was announced last November during the Paris Peace Forum by the French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, M. Jean-Yves Le Drian.

CEST will participate in the following two groups:
• Engaging emerging countries: This group will consider opportunities to further engage developing regions, including through capacity building efforts and information sharing;
• Advancing norms: This group will study the possibility of carrying out normative work to define and further develop certain principles in order to provide suggestions for global norms;
