Beginning Monday, February 8, ELHS will begin a later transportation schedule, similar to our normal transportation schedule. There will be no early 3:15 shuttles.
After School Study Hall will be available for those bus riders who are not in after school activities.

6:30am: leaves Christ the King Lutheran
6:50am: leaves Bethany Lutheran
7:10am leaves Purdy Park and Ride
Evening Route: 5:15pm: leaves ELHS 6:00pm: arrives at Bethany Lutheran 6:15pm: arrives at Christ the King
Route 2- Federal Way/Des Moines: Morning Route:
7:05am: leaves Holy Trinity Lutheran
7:25am: leaves EX3 Ron Sandwith Teen Center
Evening Route: 5:15pm: departs ELHS 5:35pm: arrives at EX3 Ron Sandwith Teen Center 5:55pm: arrives at Holy Trinity Lutheran
Calendar Update
Originally, the ELHS school calendar had two hour late starts on Wednesdays in February. The ELHS Administration has decided that those late start days will not be necessary. School will begin at 8am on each school day in February.

Beginning Feb. 8, all fall sports will practice
every day after school.
Important Notes
*Masks must be worn during practice. ELHS has purchased ELHS gator buffs for all athletes.
Boys and Girls soccer may have full team practices and have intra-squad scrimmages as the DOH and WIAA has labeled it as a moderate risk being played outdoors.
Football must practice in pods of 6 and may have brief 3 on 3 drills. This is guidance from the DOH and WIAA as football is considered a high-risk sport being played outdoors.
Volleyball may practice inside but must be in pods of 6. Brief 3 on 3 drills are allowed. These guidelines from the DOH and WIAA are in place as volleyball is labeled a moderate risk sport being played indoors.
Games/Matches
Once our region, Pierce, King, and Snohomish counties, moves into Phase 2 per the governor's new Road to Recovery Guidelines, traditional fall sports may begin competition.
Football is tentatively scheduled to begin competition the weekend of Feb. 12.
Soccer and Volleyball are tentatively scheduled to begin competitions the week of Feb. 15.
All sporting competitions will be held
without spectators.
Once sporting competitions are allowed to begin, ELHS has decided to use a reduced athletic fee. Athletic Fees for this year will be $100 per sport with a $200 individual maximum and a $400 family maximum.

The Seatac League website is no longer available. All SeaTac League teams are using their own websites for schedules and rosters. Check out the new ELHS Athletics website.

Enrollment for the 2021-2022 School year is now open! Families who re-enroll before February 28 will receive a $150 credit toward their registration fee.
If there is a snow day, ELHS will not hold classes virtually. You will receive a notification via email, text and phone call. You can check and manage your notification settings in PowerSchool.
