Tumour DNA methylation as a biomarker for survival for invasive lobular breast cancer

A collaborative research team including researchers from the University of Melbourne, Monash University, and Cancer Council Victoria, have identified methylation marks in tumour DNA that could serve as biomarkers of survival for women with invasive lobular breast cancer. Continue reading »

Share your cancer care telehealth experiences with us

Cancer Council Victoria is working with health services across Victoria and Deakin University researchers to understand what cancer patients and their carers think of telehealth. This work aims to find out what patients and carers think is good about telehealth, what isn’t working for patients and how telehealth services can be improved. People who have experienced telehealth as part of their cancer management in 2020-2021 are asked to provide feedback through 30-minute interviews with a Deakin researcher.
