When the ReThink315 board of directors said they believed, in faith, that we were capable of raising $60,000 in less than three months, I was skeptical. As it turns out, I underestimated the amount of individual Christians and local Churches excited to support this new endeavor. That was a mistake.

We didn't just hit our start up goal, we exceeded it! The team and I want to thank you while, at the same time, acknowledging that “every good gift and every perfect gift is from above…” (James 1:17)

In addition to our fundraising goals, we accomplished quite a lot between the months of Sept - Dec, 2020. We prayerfully established our mission, vision, and values, we secured a board of directors, we secured a team of expert speakers and qualified volunteers, we established a legal partnership with an incubator ministry (while we wait for our own non-profit approval), we recorded three announcement videos, we secured office space at a centrally located host church, we secured endorsements and referrals from nationally recognized Christian leaders, we hired a part time administrator, and we participated in and organized multiple events (in person and online) with different churches and groups.

Suffice it to say, I made a mistake by underestimating the Lord's willingness to help more and more people (me included) to ReThink apologetics, evangelism, and discipleship in light of 1 Peter 3:15. I'll try my best not to make that mistake again.
