You are Missed, Please come back to Practice Together!

Here is your Invitation!

Beginning Monday, February 1 our Zoom codes will change. During these pandemic times it has been hard to plan long term, so we began to move months ahead, knowing that we could set a short term goal, especially toward our health, mind-body-soul.

Maybe it is just day by day, and there is an option for that too for you to come into Zoom for a class, and chat with the community and see old friends that we miss in practice.

I miss you all too! We miss the rooms at Denver Park and Rec, and the practice on the water at the County Park on San Juan Island, and Club K in Bisbee, all the places where we have gathered, smiled and felt loved.

Come back and feel the Zoom love :-)

The Hip Challenge is almost complete for the 21 days we committed 15 min a day for hip opening. Can’t wait to hear how that has changed for everyone participating. Monday we will retake our tests and see the changes!

I am also beginning to offer Qigong/Yoga classes at Mt. Tabor outside on non rainy days along with my Tree Hikes. If you are in Portland, check out the Portland Hiking Group that hosting these Mixed Movement classes!
