A Position of Trust: Committing to Healthy Ministry Relationships
February 19-20
This basic Zoom class on healthy ministry relationships for first-time learners, lay leaders, MIDs, transferees into the Conference, or as a needed refresher. Friday afternoon and Saturday morning for a total of 9 hours. You will receive your boundary training certificate if you attend both days of the program. ($67 per person or a church can send three persons for a total of $110). Facilitators: Rev Dr. Tracey Dawson and Rev. Wendy Kidd. Please register by Feb 10.

Open and Affirming Experience: One Day Virtual Conference
February 27, 8 am-3 pm MT
All congregations are invited! We'll offer two tracks: one for not-yet ONA churches, the other for existing ONA churches. You'll learn more about: planning a Bible-based ONA process that will reduce the risk of conflict and inspire your church with new passion and energy; exploring new ways to be an effective ally for your LGBTQ+ neighbors. Leaders will include Kimi Floyd Reisch, the Coalition's ONA Program Minister, and Andy Lang, our executive director. Learn More.

Healthy Congregations: Equipping Leaders with Tools for Vitality 
March 6, 8:30-4:30 MT
Healthy Congregations uses the insights of family systems theory to help church leaders become more effective stewards of their congregation’s health. This workshop helps both clergy and lay leaders expand their insight into how churches function as emotional systems as well as gain practical skills that empower healthy communication among the congregation. Tributary Fund Application Deadline | March 15, 2021
Do you have an idea for an exciting new ministry, but you're not sure what to do next? "Call-Bearers" seeking funds for new ministry, new churches, or ministry revitalization can submit an application to recieve Tributary Funds now through March 15. You will then enter a discernment process to affirm and shape the call, and help bring the ministry to fruition. Learn more about the RMC Tributary Fund and the application process here.

Sacred Conversations 2 End Racism
Two-day Overview Study, March 5-6, 2021. This brief exploration into the extensive topic of racism offers an intensive historic overview, in-depth conversations, multiple media resources, and a unique, Spirit-centered community approach. To foster a deep connection, groups will consist of at least 8 but no more than 20. Participants will be expected to prepare "homework" one week before we meet to lay a foundation for this transformative work. Learn more and register here.
