WINTERFEST

Saturday, February 13

WinterFest is on and will be the first to officially kick-off our 50th Anniversary Year of Events. Due to COVID it will be scaled down this year as we won't be able to hold our indoor activities. We're planning a bonfire, sledding, snowman building, tic tac snow, and a few other safe outdoor events from 12-2 pm near the Pavilion. We also encourage all to come out and celebrate safely in the park as a community. Ongoing details are available on our WinterFest Event Page. We have many new events planned in honor of our 50th Anniversary and while we hope events will return to normal this year, we are also prepared to execute them in a scaled down capacity for the safety of our community.

Thank You Josh, Welcome Ian & Kent

We would like to express a huge Thank You to Josh Janowiak our Communications Director. As many of you know, Josh and his lovely wife Courtney welcomed their first child Rosemary into the world this past summer. We wish Josh the best of luck as he takes time to focus on his number one priority, Rosie. Please welcome Ian Mitchell to our community and family as our new Communications Manager. Ian is accepting the challenge to build on the foundation Josh started and take it to the next level.  We are also excited to welcome Kent Livingston to our Sales Team!

SALES CHANGES

New Team Members & Commissions

Not only are we pleased to welcome Liz Robins as our new Sales & Event Manager, we're also excited to announce that Kent Livingston will be moving from our Maintenance Team to our new Sales Team.  Kent has a great rapport with our members, an excellent can do, positive attitude, and he knows just about everything there is to know about our beautiful park. We have heard your feedback and we are committed to making the sales experience positive from start to finish. Sales commissions are being reduced from 7.5% to 6% and we're working on improving our communication procedures. We look forward to introducing the new team. Save the date for a virtual Open House in March.

ONLINE STORE

Open Sunday, Jan 31-Sunday, Feb 14

Just in time for the upcoming grilling season (unless you're a year-round grilling gladiator) we have new 50th Anniversary Logo aprons in our February Online Store. We also have all the accompanying stainless beverage accessories for your camping culinary expeditions. Please remember profits from our online store will help subsidize costs of our 50th Anniversary Events so the more you shop, the more you support the cause. Our 50th sponsorships increased from $17,000 in January, to $26,000 in February. Thank you to all our new partners for your support! We still have $49,000 to go and we need your help.
