JCPL is Back to Browsing!

JCPL has worked hard to keep serving you as the COVID-19 pandemic has persisted across our communities and nation. We are thankful to our staff for their adaptability and to you, our patrons, for your understanding.

Available Services:

Browsing is available for up to 30 minutes.
Walk-in computer use.
Wi-Fi is available in our buildings and anytime from the parking lots. No password required.
Curbside JCPL-to-Go is available for a contact-free experience.
If you are not able to get out of your home due to quarantine or health issues, our JCPL-to-Your-Door service will deliver your material. Just call your branch for service.
Our programming continues to be delivered virtually. You can find a complete list of programs, and register to virtually attend, here.
Current hours for browsing and curbside service:
- Mon-Thu 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Fri-Sat 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Our Digital Collection is Getting Even Better!

Help with COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments

Do you know someone who needs help scheduling their COVID-19 vaccination? Call any branch and we will help them schedule an appointment. Details and phone numbers are here. This program is in partnership with Johnson Memorial Health and the Johnson County Health Department

Snuggle Up is Back

Snuggle Up with a Book Ball Is back for its second socially distanced year. Even before COVID-19, we wanted you to stay home. The event you don’t attend supports the Authors at JCPL series. Don’t attend, but please RSVP & Donate here, then snuggle up on Feb. 27. Bernie won't be there either.
