Snow and Ice Control Policy Review Unanimously Endorsed by City Council
City Council unanimously endorsed my Notice of Motion to review and enhance the City's response to major snowfall events.
The Notice of Motion came as a result of the December 22-23 snowfall and the concerns raised by Calgarians. City Administration will now prepare options and present to Council at a later date.

Residential Speed Limit Review
After careful consultation with Ward 6’s community associations, hundreds of residents and with roads experts, the path forward is very clear. I will support moving the speed limit on residential streets to 40km/hr
I've written a blogpost on this issue, which you can find by clicking here.

Check Your Mail For Your Property Tax Assessment!
The City of Calgary Assessment annually prepares property assessments within Calgary for the purpose of taxation. Through fair and equitable assessments, the resulting property taxes support the essential City services provided to Calgarians.
To ensure all Calgary property owners pay their fair share of municipal taxes, The City conducts assessments each year that reflect the market value for property as of July 1 of the previous year, as provisioned by the Municipal Government Act .
The Property Assessment Customer Review Period and formal complaint period ends on March 24, 2021.
