Parish council to consider 14 planning applications
Fourteen planning applications will be considered by Buckhurst Hill Parish Council's planning and environment committee which will meet via Zoom at 7pm on Thursday, February 4.

The applications to be considered are:
* 150 Loughton Way - prior approval for change of use of shop A1 to A3(E) and A5
* 3 Knighton Place, Knighton Lane - crown reduce oak tree to previous points as specified
* 64B Palmerston Road - conversion of garage into habitable room
* 12 Broadfield Way - single storey rear extension.
* 79 Rous Road - Certificate of Lawful Development for proposed loft conversion and rear
dormer including Juliet balcony
* 64B Palmerston Road - application for a Lawful Development Certificate for single-storey extension and rooflight
* Garage block, west of 23 Pentlow Way - application for Approval of Details reserved by Conditions 13 (details of the siting and design of the proposed relocated electricity sub-station) and condition 18 (car parking spaces for people with a disability) for EPF/2021/20. Demolition of existing garages, erection of a residential building with proposed flats with associated parking and landscaping, seven units in total
* Buckhurst Hill Reservoir, High Road - confirmation of conditions 3, 7, 18, 22, 24 and 29 of planning application EPF/0480/04 (redevelopment of site to provide 67 flats including associated amenity space and car parking)
* Buckhurst Hill Community Centre, 4 Westbury Road - fell TPO Ash tree and Lime tree
* 37 Epping New Road - single-storey rear extension and side return
* The Ridings, Manor Road - replacement of existing dwelling plus one additional infill dwelling (revised application to EPF/2767/19
* 33 Starling Close - certificate of Lawful Development for hip to gable roof extension and loft conversion with rear dormer and front roof lights (revised application to EPF/1907/20)
* 80 High Road - application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an addition of a pitched roof structure to the existing flat roofed dormer on the rear
* 33 St Johns Court - prior approval for a 4m deep single-storey rear extension, height to eaves 2.9m and overall height of 3m.
