MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION

Hi there everyone, 

Take a deep breath....here we go again....but this time we are prepared!  As you no doubt know by now WA has been forced into a 5 day lock down and so all live classes have had to be cancelled this week, but we have a well established online Zoom system to keep us connected and maintain our self care yoga and meditation practice.

There is plenty of room online and I'd love to see your smiling face at a class.  Please don't worry if you are new to this technology I can help you with any queries and you will be surprised at what you can do and how much fun it is. 

So if you had a live class booked for this week then your Momoyoga booking account has been credited with the cancelled class so all you need to do is re-book for the ONLINE class of your choice.  Then the Momoyoga booking system will automatically send you a confirmation email 30 minutes prior to the booked class containing the link to the Zoom class and the meeting ID and password if needed.  This information is also available from your Momoyoga account in the Yoga2fitness schedule when you click on and open the class you are booked into.  (Please remember you must be booked into the class to access this information and receive the email)

If you haven't got one already, you will need to have a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/signup)  which will make joining our classes very easy, but again you must be booked into the class to receive the details.

So 30 minutes before the class begins, you’ll receive an email with a link to the class.  Click the link and it will take you to Zoom and the waiting room of the class, I will then check you into the class, easy as that !

If you book last minute, say within 30 minutes of the class you will be able to access the meeting ID and password when you click on the class from your Momoyoga schedule.

If you get into difficulty.....take a breath..... I'll have my mobile on up until the start of the class so give me a call.


For those of you that can't make it to an online class, here are some recorded classes that you can watch anytime.  And subject to good internet connection at home I'll hit the record button during the classes this week so that you will be able to access them if you can't make it online.
