OFF TO A GOOD START!
By Helen Hirsh Spence

We weren’t sure what to expect when Top Sixty decided to launch, “We Need toTalk”, a series of intergenerational dialogues.  In the true spirit of experimentation, we accepted the fact that ‘failure’ would represent a valuable lesson in learning and decided to give it a try.  Fortunately, the outcome was extremely positive.  To date, 100% of participants who responded said they would recommend the series to others.

"WE NEED TO TALK" FEBRUARY INSTALLMENT

Bridging the generational divide has never been more important than now. As the global population ages at an alarmingly fast rate, there are more adults over the age of 60 than children under the age of 18 in North America today. The workforce is already experiencing 5 generations working together. At Top Sixty Over Sixty, we view this new reality optimistically and believe that a healthy and positive future depends on all generations connecting meaningfully and collaborating together. This is the premise of our new initiative.

Top Sixty is facilitating a monthly series,"We Need to Talk",  a series of dialogues across generations. These conversations (over Zoom) will leverage the thinking, knowledge, attitudes, and perspectives of everyone present. Our explicit purpose is to build community by facilitating new connections where participants can learn, challenge assumptions, and collaborate.

Hold February 24 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm EST for the second
in this series of dialogues across generations.
All ages welcome. Please invite a friend and share the link.
