ETF Office Closure
Ensuring the safety of staff and service users
If you have been following the work of ETF, you will know that the Federation Office has been closed since we moved into lockdown in March last year. As a result of the latest restrictions introduced by the Scottish Government, the Federation Office remains closed and staff continue to work from home. This ensures the continued protection of both staff and service users from COVID-19. Despite these restrictions, ETF continues to operate on a daily basis. Staff can be contacted via email by clicking here or phone 0131 475 2509 and they will do their best to assist you.
The Albion Trust continues to liaise with the Scottish Government, other Norton Park service users and ourselves and will keep us informed as to when it is safe for Norton Park to re-open. We will continue to keep you updated. In the meantime, stay safe and take care.

ETF Membership Surveys
Ensuring your voice is heard
All ETF Member Groups and Individual Members will shortly be receiving a survey(s) asking for your (or your group's) views on how ETF has performed over the past 12 months. ETF Member Groups will receive both the Group and Individual Surveys. We ask that you take the time to complete the surveys as your feedback is very important to us, because it helps plan the future work of the Federation.
The Federation's work is funded by the City of Edinburgh Council (CEC) through a Service level Agreement and ETF is obliged to seek the views of our service users as part of a monitoring and evaluation exercise.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by clicking here or phone 0131 475 2509. The deadline for completing the surveys is Friday 12th March 2021. Every Member Group and individual who returns their respective completed surveys to us on time will be entered into a prize draw for a Kindle.
