Barely half a year since the first shack and a second has now sprung up in the East

The go-to shack for beer, lobster roll and truffle lovers
Following months of sporting snaking queues at its first Singapore outpost, Luke’s Lobster Singapore has expanded into the East with its second shack now opened in Jewel Changi Airport. Positioned as a choice spot for both beer and seafood lovers, the milestone is marked with the launch of a new Truffle Butter Lobster Roll, as well as a beer and lobster roll promotion.

Opened amidst a pandemic
The NYC-based restaurant group and seafood company marked its first foray into Southeast Asia in September 2020 when it first set up shop in Isetan Scotts, at the epicentre of Singapore’s famed shopping belt – much to the delight of its Singapore fans.
Now offering island wide delivery
In order to meet the increasing demand, island wide delivery was introduced in December last year via its own platform. Previously, only online pre-orders for takeaway was available. This will be rolled out to third party delivery aggregators subsequently.
The same people behind Lady M
The second shack joins the first in being licensed and operated by appointed regional partner Caerus Holding, a lifestyle company headquartered in Singapore, most notably behind Lady M, whose latest outlet is also in Jewel Changi Airport.

Located on a ground floor atrium unit next to % Arabica, the 24-seater open concept shack appears slightly bigger than the first, with spacious seating areas and a bigger open kitchen and bar below a suspended grill ceiling.

Drawing inspiration from a classic Luke’s Lobster seafood shack, the new shack sports a brighter and more modern aesthetic - befitting of the engineering marvel that Jewel Changi Airport is often touted to be, while standing out as a rustic oasis among stores.
New on the menu: Truffle Butter Lobster Roll
New on the menu is the Truffle Butter Lobster Roll (S$30.50) an indulgent winter treat that's now made available as a seasonal special until mid March. 4 ounces of juicy Maine lobster claw and knuckle meat are bathed in warm, melted butter that's been enriched with Italian black truffles, wedged in a New England-style bun with a slather of mayo and finished with a lashing of premium, imported truffle salsa by Savini Tartufi.

The Truffle Butter Lobster Roll will first be exclusive to the Jewel shack for a limited time before being rolled out to the Orchard shack subsequently.

In a bid to promote the classic American lobster roll and beer pairing, the shack will also launch with a combo promotion in February. Every purchase of Truffle Butter Lobster Roll entitles the diner to enjoy a pint of craft beer for $8.

The rich, unctuous quality of lobster—intensified with the brininess of truffle butter and salsa—is best enjoyed with a pint of Little Creatures IPA. At once bitter, citrus-bright, and alcohol dense, the light body, West Coast-style session IPA is capable of cutting through the mouth-coating brine while complementing the lobster’s sweetness with accents of spice, tropical and stone fruit and pine. 
Signature seafood rolls
Just like every Luke's Lobster shack around the world, the Jewel menu is distilled down to a tidy but mighty selection of the classics. Signature Lobster, Crab and Shrimp Rolls—each stuffed with 4 ounces of wild-caught, sustainable seafood that has been steamed, picked and flash-frozen straight out of the waters of Maine and the north-eastern coast of America and Canada—are served chilled, in a buttered, griddled split-top bun, with a swipe of mayo, a coating of lemon butter and a sprinkle of the brand’s Secret Seasoning.

The popular Luke’s Trio offers those who want to have it all one of each roll, halved and served together as a sampler set.
Maine-style sides and more
Maine-style sides are kept simple but packed full of flavour with familiar favourites such as a velvety Lobster Bisque loaded with chunks of sweet Maine lobster knuckle and claw meat; a chunkier Clam Chowder chockfull with fresh clams; and fine English Tyrrell's Crisps.

Teetotallers will not go thirsty with refreshing non-alcoholic quenchers in the form of a signature lemonade and two cold brew teas.

In closing...
Luke’s Lobster Jewel Changi is now open daily, 11am to 10pm from Sunday to Thursday and 11am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday, for dine-in (walk-in only) and takeaways. All prices are subject to 5% service charge and prevailing government taxes. Island wide delivery is now available via www.lukeslobster.sg.
