After our annual summer intensive was significantly minimized last year due to COVID-19, it brings us great excitement to announce chuthis. Movement Intensive 2021. In light of all that the dance community has gone through this past year, we have elected to hold two versions of CTMI 2021: Virtual and In Person. 

CTMI Virtual will be held July 12-15, 2021 on Zoom, and will be less days and shorter hours than a traditional in-person intensive. The program is open to advanced dancers ages 13 & up. CTMI Virtual will consist of 4 hours of daily technique, movement practices, and process-based repertoire research, led by two chuthis. members and one guest. Acceptance to CTMI Virtual is first come first served, and registration will begin on April 12th. 

CTMI In Person will be held July 19-23, 2021 in Scottsdale, AZ at Dance Connection. The intensive will comprise two groups of dancers, all ages 13 & up. The program will be a full 5 day intensive, culminating in a virtual sharing for our community. We will be strictly implementing and following COVID-19 health & safety protocols as suggested by CDC and the State of Arizona. Acceptance to CTMI In-Person is by audition only. We are offering two live auditions: March 7th & April 3rd @ 10am PST, and will also offer a video submission option (deadline March 19th.)
