Are you working with spreadsheets, images or text files in your research? Are you interested in turning them into a dataset, or enhancing an existing one? Apply for a CDH Data Fellowship!
Fellows learn best practices in data selection, structuring, cleaning, transformation, and preservation, with the aim of producing a dataset suitable for computational analysis and for future use in research and teaching. Fellows become affiliates of the CDH during the 12-month course of the program. Affiliation entails an orientation session and quarterly formal data reviews (3 total) with CDH staff and selected campus partners.
Princeton faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students are eligible. Faculty and postdocs: we are especially interested in projects that may be integrated into undergraduate or graduate courses.
Applicants are encouraged to reach out to the CDH for consultations by using our consultation request form. Requests for consultations must be submitted by February 22, 2021.
Applications are due March 1, 2021.
More information on the program and application process is available on our website.
