On the Sunday 28 February I will be presenting 4 short workshops to help you look after, strengthen, and mobilise your feet, pelvic floor, lower back, neck and shoulders. After the weekend you will have your body in tip top shape for the rest of 2021.

Happy feet: 9am to 10:30am
Healthy pelvic floor: 10:45am to 12pm
Healthy lower back: 1pm to 2:30pm
Relax your neck and shoulders: 2:45pm to 4:15pm
