cbPT Weekly Learning Modules [1]: Basic Building Blocks, for Long-Term Success on Your Exercise Journey.
This 8-week learning module block is a great way to iron out bad behaviors, re-direct focus and learn what is really important on your exercise journey.
How does Weekly Learning modules [1] work?:
- 8 - weeks of learning modules, highlighting 8 different aspects that cover movement | nutrition | behavioural topics that are imperative for building a strong building platform to grow and progress your exercise journey off.
I am wanting to enrich you with good simple skills and behaviors to ensure long-term exercise adherence and positive health outcomes
One topic tackled every week, with Monday tasks to complete after reading content provided and relating that information to your own journey to date.
Thursday lunchtime Facebook live Q + A sessions (12.30pm) to answer any topic related / task queries. You are able to pre-send in questions for me to answer during this time slot.
Sunday task/ reflection to critically Look back on the week and stimulate further thought patterns around the topic, and more specifically in relation to your exercise journey.
The modules will be uploaded as PDF documents to a closed FB page for you to print off and fill in every Monday. The Q + A session is the available time slot I have put aside to answer questions relating to the TASKS only. These modules will / may stimulate more in-depth questions or encourage a deeper level of thinking. However, I will not be covering further context until later modules.
The overall goal is to be able to successfully say you can confidentially and successfully perform each of the tasks at the end of the 8 weeks.
The cost for the 8 modules and Q + A sessions each week is usually $85 Total. BUT,
