Mixing up a batch of fun!

On February 12, Alumni Development Officer Steve Radbourn led a free online baking workshop for faculty and staff. Aspiring home cooks learned how to make a clafoutis — a decadent French treat — using simple ingredients and tools.

Missed the workshop? You can still try it at home! The session was recorded and is available on the U of T Engineering YouTube channel.
