This Week's Prayer Requests
 (and previous requests)

Good afternoon Intercessors, Fr Josh here.
I'm adding a personal note for this week's edition of prayer requests because I've amalgamated the two existing lists: the Alpha Intercessors and those of you who either signed up via the website or were part of the original discussion meeting at OLR.

We, the Intercession Ministry team (Cathy, Molly, Clair and I), are looking at some possibilities for gathering everyone together for some general formation, fellowship and discussion about how this ministry functions. Specifically, I am looking at getting an external speaker in for an Adult Faith Formation session on Intercession.

Please pray for the following intentions by offering the sacrifice of your prayers from the comfort of your own home. Further, please also feel free to submit your own prayer intentions through the prayer page on our parish website. You may also like to invite others to join this emerging and vital ministry.

These are the requests which we've received through the parish website over the past week

  1. Anonymous: Please pray for Margaret Cook who is having a serious heart operation today, 19th Feb.
  2. Nola: Please pray for my children Robert and Lyn, who both are sick.
  3. Sara: Please pray for my daughter, Lucy, who is sick in the hospital.
  4. Bernice: Please pray for Patsy Anderson.
