Well hello! With so much going on at Kuzman Architecture this year we have decided to share a regular(ish) newsletter to keep you in the loop on what we're working on for our awesome clients, cool videos the Design Emotive are making about our 10x3 project, and the occasional nugget of design advice from one of our architects. 10 x 3

10x3 is a tiny 30m2 site, measuring 10m by 3m, tucked down a laneway in Fitzroy North on which we will build a tiny house. Our friends The Design Emotive are documenting us on our journey, so it can be shared with you! This month we filmed another episode which revealed our design concept. Some of you may have already seen our 10x3 project on social media - for those who haven’t you can check it out here.

Other News

2020 ended on a high for us with our Dead End House project receiving a Commendation in the ArchiTeam Awards, ‘Unbuilt’ category. We are thrilled! Dead End House is the concept design for our 10x3 project. This was a great way to test our concept and get feedback from a professional body for this challenging project. This is what they had to say. (We had better wear more black!)

Project Updates

We are very excited to have had our Peek House project handed over to happy clients. We look forward to sharing photos soon. Here’s a sneak peek.

Kiddy Kitty Court House has commenced back on site - join us for regular progress photos on our instagram feed.

We have some new exciting works underway for 2021, and we are pretty stoked about the variety of project type, scale and location. We are getting a following in the West with projects in Footscray, West Footscray and Williamstown, but we are also on the move with new works taking us out to Kyneton and Anglesea. Have laptop - will travel!
