PLAN FOR MORE SKILLED WORKERS USING TAILERED SKILLED WORK VISAS EMPLOYER SURVEY
Due to ongoing skills shortages in our region and the lack of suitable existing visa programs to assist employers with their labour needs, a Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) is being proposed by RDA-NI to the Department of Home Affairs.
A DAMA is similar to a labour agreement that a large employer might have with DHA in order to have concessions or reduced requirements for existing visa programs.
This proposal though needs to be supported by data and your input is requested with a short survey - its all anonymous with data used in aggregate - but your input will make a difference.
