Feb. 24 is #PinkShirtDay!
Take a stand against bullying

Tomorrow is #PinkShirtDay, which aims to promote and support anti-bullying programs in Canada and around the world. This year, the theme is about working together and treating each other with dignity and respect.

"The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all and shown the importance of helping one another and advocating for those who need it," says information from the organizers of Pink Shirt Day. "Help us 'lift each other up' and support programs that encourage healthy self-esteem and teach empathy, compassion and kindness."

Our Raising Canada 2020 report revealed that bullying is one of the top 10 threats to childhood in Canada. In the lead-up to Pink Shirt Day, we've been exploring the reasons why kids bully. We invite you to check out our social channels and join the conversation!
