Band Families,
Just a few days until the Pope Band Recycling Day at the Northeast YMCA on Johnson Ferry next to Walmart.
Volunteers are still urgently needed for this Saturday, March 27 for two-hour shifts between 8:15 am – 2:30 pm. Volunteer roles include greeting customers, calculating fees, directing traffic in the parking lot, and unloading of cars.
Students, friends, relatives and mature siblings are welcome to sign up. Community Service hours can be earned. Dress is casual and comfortable. However, CLOSED TOED shoes and MASKS (bring your own) are required. We also recommend you bring work gloves, hand sanitizer and your own filled water bottles. Dress for the weather including sunscreen. We will require patrons to wear a mask and remain in their cars at all times to protect volunteers. We will encourage all volunteers to keep as much distance as possible when calculating fees and unloading cars. Please click here to sign-up on charms. School code is popehsband.
Please email popebandrecycling@gmail.com with any questions. Thank you!
