It has been a LONG time since we have touched the field as all of 2020 last Spring was essentially cancelled.  I am writing to inform you that we are excited at the possibility of getting Spring programming back on track for both our Girls and Boys programs.  We were recently contacted by MGLL (girls) and they WILL have a rec league season this Spring in Montgomery County.  We opened up registration Sunday, February 14th, for the girls teams

You only need to pay 25.00 to hold your slot and allow us to confirm the numbers we need to make sure we can field teams.  If you have a credit from last Spring, it is on your account and you can complete your registration using those credits. If you have any issues during the Registration Process or Questions, please e-mail admin@pgpridelax.org. Know that this season and league will look different, in all regards, but there will be a season. You must register NO LATER THAN Sunday, March 7th. This will inform if and how many teams we register in the spring league. As always, we're looking for parents ready to be part of the coaching teams. The more coaches we find, the easier and more fun it will be for everybody. No prior experience required - all we need is your enthusiasm. Our current coaches are ready to get you started with rules and skills. As a bonus, we will waive your registration fees. Simply register as a coach or send an email admin@pgpridelax.org if you're interested.
M-NCPPC, who runs the PGYLL (boys) in Prince George's County has not announced if there will be a league, but they have some programming occurring right now, that we want all of our boys to be aware of.  We will be sending that out as soon as we have it.  We are very hopeful that the boys will have a delayed Spring league and if that doesn't happen, Pride will do everything it can to keep sticks in hands safely and adhering to all protocols stated.  We will keep you informed as things begin to open up, with the hope that we have a robust lacrosse offering in Prince George's County this spring and remainder of 2021.  While the impacts and allowances related to COVID-19 continue to remain fluid, we wanted you to know we are working with M-NCPPC to get back out there as soon as we can.
