Message from the Priest-in-Charge

Dear friends,

Happy Ash Wednesday! Today marks the beginning of Lent, a season of reflection, self-examination, and devotion to God.

As a reminder, there are a few ways that you can celebrate Ash Wednesday with us today:

  • 3:00 to 5:00 pm - Receive ashes in the sanctuary
  • 5:00 to 6:00 pm - Receive ashes in the parking lot
  • 7:00 pm - Worship virtually with us in a service of prayer and music
The evening service will be streamed on the church Facebook Live page.

In addition to our three regular worship services each weekend, I am praying the service of Compline from the New Zealand Prayer Book on Wednesday nights in Lent at 9:00. Like the other services, you can watch it live on our church Facebook Live page, or you can watch it any time after it has been recorded. As a reminder, you do not need a Facebook account to watch these services.

As far as resuming in-person services, I'm still waiting on word from our diocesan leaders regarding a timeline. Until then, I hope to see you online at our virtual worship services.

Be well, and stay safe!

In Christ's lov
e,

Andrew+
