You may bring some ashes you have made yourself to the service if you would like to use them during the liturgy. If you do not have ashes you will still participate by making the sign of the cross on your forehead.
This is not a very long service. It is the Ash Wednesday liturgy with a short homily (no Eucharist). And with music!!
