2021 - Bigger and better!

It's been an incredible start to the year for the OGO seller community. The online shopping momentum in Australia continues to be strong, with many stores continuing to experience incredible growth throughout January - normally the quietest month of the year!

Support for local brands and printed in Australia merchandise remains at an all-time high - be sure to tap into that!

Here at OGO HQ, we've been busy restocking several popular styles and colours from AS Colour. AS Colour opened their new Melbourne warehouse in late January and we got first dibs on restocking and some amazing new styles!

Bug update: No Status & Tracking details for OGO orders

A major update to Shopify's API has resulted in order statuses not updated in Shopify & the OGO app. You may notice all orders stuck on 'In fulfilment' with no Auspost tracking numbers added since January 16th.

The OGO development team has been working on addressing this issue as a top priority for the past fortnight, and are close to releasing a fix after further testing.
