Sometimes these outages have a wider impact, affecting more than one person, including issues with Quercus, UTORid logins, VPN and BB Collaborate etc. To determine whether there is a wider impact technical outage, please visit the ITS System Status Page. If an outage is impactful enough, it should show up on this page. Continue to connect with your local IT team and/or the A&S IIT Team for additional guidance, as they are typically aware of major outages and remediation progress.
