Sunstar Stereo & Alarm was established in 1992 in the City of Rosemead, California. Its focus is on the sale and installation of car stereos and alarms. Sunstar is an extension of its parent company located in Taiwan. In the 1970's, Sunstar's parent company started by brokering car stereos and alarms from Japan. While in difficult economic times, the parent company began by marketing Japanese products and eventually dominated the Taiwan market. Due to the limited market capacity in Taiwan, the owner decided to expand the business to the USA. In 1989, the founder and his family immigrated to the USA and decide to establish their new life in the city of Los Angeles. Sunstar dedicated its focus on major car stereo and alarm brands and successfully established its presence in Los Angeles. In recent years, Sunstar also expanded its business to the sale and installation of professional DJ systems.
Currently, the company carries professional DJ equipment such as Pioneer and Harman. Sunstar Car Stereo & Alarm has been serving the Chinese American community for more than 20 years. Focused on providing service and installation of car stereos, car navigation systems, alarms, car video systems, Parrot hands free Bluetooth systems and remote control systems. With a wide range of products, Sunstar has helped countless numbers of happy customers with the best prices and service.
