I am sure you were as pleased as I was to hear the Prime Minister’s announcement about moving back to Alert Level 1 as of 11:59 p.m., Wednesday 17 February (tonight).

For us, there will be no major changes to what we are doing and our school continues to be safe to attend. We have a good cleaning routine in place, people who are sick are staying at home and good hygiene practices are encouraged. We will continue to use hand sanitiser until further notice.

So, as of tomorrow:

• We can now go back to our open door policy which is great.
• We support contact tracing and have a QR code poster at our entrance, while using the app is preferable we also have a contact tracing register at the main office door.
